Returns Policy

We recommend that you DO NOT book a plumber/tradesman for installation until you have received your goods and are happy with your purchase, as no claims can be accepted for associated extra costs through any delivery delay, damaged/defected or faulty items.
Carriage Charge
All items have a Standard Carriage Charge incorporated depending on the product. These prices are calculated using Courier tariffs. Please email us for quotes to other destinations (please see postage map). Payment Our preferred payment method is via Paypal or any other Payment Gateway, using credit/debit card. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should you have any reason to return your goods, we offer the following returns policy for your peace of mind:
Changed Your Mind
In line with the India’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to change your mind and cancel the contract within a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery. 14 Day Refund or Exchange Offer In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations 7 day return policy, Homebathroom also offers a 14 day refund or exchange service if you are not happy with any of our products. Please contact us via e-mail ( as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the goods have not been dispatched we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full. If your order has been dispatched, but not yet delivered we can recall the delivery and will issue a refund less our cost of delivery. If your order had been dispatched and delivered then you will need to return the goods, at your cost, within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that goods must be returned in original packaging and show no sign of use. On receipt of the goods we will arrange a full refund or exchange. Carriage and insurance costs are not refundable. If you wish to return the goods for exchange, then any difference in the price of the goods will be charged or refunded, as appropriate. Carriage costs for this service will be charged.
Transit Damage
Please inform us within 48 hours if goods are received damaged. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, we suggest refusing delivery and sign saying Goods Refused - Damaged. We will then arrange for replacement of goods or alternative action should you wish.
Faulty and Incorrect Goods
If goods are found defective, damaged or incorrect upon receipt, notify us within 48 hours. We will then arrange for replacement of the defective or incorrect items. Replacement items will be dispatched after we have received photographic evidence of fault/defect.
Under Warranty Return
Many of our items come with a manufacturers warranty/guarantee. Faulty/defected items should be reported to us via email then sent back to either us or our manufacturer (this will depend on the product). Following inspection, at our or our manufacturers discretion we/they will repair, replace or return the goods should we/they feel there is no manufacturing fault. Return carriage will be charged. If you wish to take advantage of theses warranty/guarantees please fill out the appropriate forms supplied with the item. All products are brand new and come with a minimum 12 months manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
Instructions for the Return of Goods
You must notify us by email if you wish to return an item. We will email you with the return details and necessary steps that must be adhere to. Make sure the goods are packaged securely, using original packaging if possible and use a reputable courier with a signed service and insurance to cover the value of the goods being returned.
